Case Study: Zaji Mobile
The Challenge
Zaji Mobile needed a professional online storefront for mobile accessories alongside a more organized way to handle day-to-day mobile repair work. The project had two connected goals:
- Help customers discover accessories, compare options and place orders online.
- Make product browsing clear across desktop and mobile.
- Bring customer records, repair jobs, payments and repair updates into one dedicated workflow.
The Solution
I developed a responsive WordPress and WooCommerce website, supported by a custom Mobile Repair CRM for shop operations.
- Online Store: Organized product categories, detailed product listings and a shopping cart and checkout flow.
- Product Discovery: Search, category, brand, price-range and rating filters, plus product comparison and wishlist features.
- Customer Experience: Customer accounts, order tracking and mobile-friendly navigation.
- Repair Management: Customer profiles, saved repair history, repair job creation and status tracking.
- Shop Administration: Advance-payment and balance records, invoice and barcode receipt generation, and SMS notification integration.

The Process
- Understanding the workflow: Mapped the requirements of an accessories store and a repair service business.
- Store structure: Organized categories, product information, navigation, filtering and the purchase journey.
- Responsive design: Built layouts for customers shopping on phones, tablets and desktops.
- CRM development: Developed the customer, job, payment and receipt workflows within WordPress.
- Integration and refinement: Connected customer-facing pages and management tools, then refined usability and presentation.

The Outcome
Zaji Mobile now has an online storefront alongside a dedicated system for organizing repair work. The website gives customers a structured way to browse accessories and place orders, while the CRM brings service records and payment tracking into one workflow. The focus was on a practical solution tailored to the business, not just a visual redesign.
